I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn, who then referred me to their online application. I got a call from the same recruiter for recruiter screening after a few days, asking if I could be screened in an hour. Said yes, proceeded to a 45 minute phone screening. Next would have been an interview with the local manager of the team.
