The recruiter had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He basically read me the initial application questions (Are you authorized to work in the US…) during my phone interview and then asked me to email him the answers to the more technical questions. I didn’t hear back for a week despite them guaranteeing feedback within 48 hours. I got a generic decline email rather than reading directly from the recruiter I interviewed with. Really negative and disjointed experience.

There are four phases in the interview process: recruiter screening, interview with the hiring manager, conversation with one of team member (culture fit), interview with the VP of the department (one level above the hiring manager). All the people I’ve met were very friendly and respectful.
The first round was behavioral on HireVue. There were two videos and three writing questions. It was relatively easy. The videos were just one take but overall enough time and easy. It was a regular pre-screen.

Entrevista
1st stage interview - in person with 2 product managers. They didn't really ask questions in the format "Tell me a time" which threw me off a bit and forced me to think harder. They also asked me a question I had already answered in a previous question. They also asked 2 questions at once. They could have made the interview more simple and not try to be too unique.
Recruiter took 3 weeks to call me back and didn't respond to my email chaser.
