Recruiter reached out me to out of blue and said would you be interested in this role. She did a good job explaining the opportunity, and also gave a good overview of what to expect.
Things moved at a rapid pace once they found me suitable for the role, a 15 minute call with hiring leader, an hour technical phone interview (some coding exercise) followed by 3 onsite interviews (technical, cognitive and manager). The whole process was transparent and quick, the whole crew were professional and friendly making the whole experience a pleasure.

Finding reachable vertices for every vertex in a directed graph
Level 1 Interview by senior developer was taken for a first round . this was technical round with coding. Camera was on and interviewer started with quick introduction and then proceeded with below questions.

Extremely unprofessional people I have ever seen in my 9 years of career. It was awful to talk to these people and bailed out of the process. This was my first and last interview with them. Never again.

1st round 3 algorithms— no real world applications If they want someone who mugs up algos then wats the point of algos . Leetcode / codility are clients of these orgs . It’s a 2 way business . Orgs sign contracts with these providers like leetcode etc and then candidates are also forced to pay to enroll to practise them
Now where is ethics here all bunch of bs
2nd round interviewer just wants to show up
