Case based with two interviews, 45 min each, with a 15 min break in between. Cases are based on American express business, understanding revenue streams and costs is critical to succeed.

They hosted one on campus interview at my b-school, which was followed by a visit to headquarters in Manhattan for multiple round 2 interviews. All interviews were behaviorally based, they paid for flights and lodging.
