This is the first elimination stage. It usually has 3 parts: Aptitude Test: Quantitative, logical reasoning, data interpretation. Critical Thinking / Case-based Questions: Business scenarios where you choose the best action. Psychometric Evaluation: Tests personality, teamwork, leadership style, and decision-making.

There were 2 rounds of interview. Most of the question were from SQL as well as GFG puzzles and guestimates. Be fluent with the company work as well. Good knowledge of SQL is must.
