Entrevista
I was a rehire. The hiring and interviewing process has changed much since last employed by AFR and also since rehired. The basic principles for recruiting/attracting talent are applied, such as; sourcing, posting, resume submission via email (a bit antiquated, but it works), HR Director and Hiring Manager review, initial contact via email or phone, interview (which has greatly improved to include behavioral techniques) and second interview or offer.
