I applied online and received a call a couple days later to set up an interview. During the interview, the lady took a phone call because she said they were short staffed. I answered a question and then she talked the whole time and then gave me a tour of the facility. When she called 2 days later to offer me the job and schedule orientation, we hadn't discussed pay rate, benefits, etc. Turns out the pay was similar to what I made in college without a degree at my part time job.
