Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela American Immunization Registry Association em jan. de 2025
Entrevista
The usual - first was a phone screening with HR, then a second interview with HR and the Director, then a second interview (which was called a panel) but it was with the same two people + an additional staff. All three interviews were good but alas, I was ghosted by HR after the third interview. Mind you that these interviews each were one month apart. And each time it was ended with "we want to finalize this position ASAP." All of this was unnecessary for a PC position TBH. Pay was LOW. I wasn't sure if I would even take the position if offered. Overall, I thought the process was unnecessary long for the low pay and unprofessional with the ghosting after my follow-up. Just copy and paste a template. Not hard.

Very lengthy, I applied in June, but the process was put on hold. I am managing multiple job offers. They interviewed me months later. The first interview went really well, the second interview did not work out because there was a miscommunication on time zones. They rejected me on the spot. This happens all the time. Sounds like they never planned on hiring me in the first place. This is just a small non-profit with no tech stack whatsoever. I am very certain that I dodged a bullet here. The company is predominantly female, so being a white male was probably a no-go for them anyway. This was likely a blessing in disguise. I am definitely black listing them in the future, and I am sure they will be doing the same with me. The salary range was rather low $110k to $130k. I already had a job lined up before this so it wasn't a complete loss as much as it was an insult. Stay away from perfectionist firms that rely on a given political party to stay relevant.
