They use a 7 step interview process including a phone interview, a one-on-one, watch their presentation, a meeting with a current analyst, a sit down meeting with management (bring your A-game.. lol) and then some final stage interview. I dropped out before the last stage because the place just gave me the willies, they talked a whole lot about all the money we would be making, laughing knowingly about those people you could count on to buy ANYTHING. Oh and their company retreats to the tropics. Barf.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT-Phone call recruiting, misleading information, pyramid scheme This is a pyramid scheme sales job. I received a phone call saying that they found my resume online and was mislead to believe that I was being invited to an interview one-on-one with the regional manager for a management job in my region of the state and that the position would require a masters degree. When I arrived there were nearly 20 people in the waiting area all candidates for entry level direct sales jobs-the only kind of jobs that you can get starting out at the company. The basic mandatory training phase would require driving to another part of the state and placing calls to potential customers from a group call center. I had a 5 minute "interview" with a basic level employee and was then herded into a group interview. I did receive a call and a text for a follow up interview with the regional manager, however I declined, as this job was obviously misrepresented, and not what it is cracked up to be.
