Interviewer was very professional and straightforward not making promises about income and hours because they tend to change from week to week. She was honest and very helpful when she went out of her way to address my concerns about some things I've read online about this company and she was up-front about the fact that I determine what I make based on the amount of work I put in to the job.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.
