I received an interview request from an application that I submitted on ZipRecruiter for a Benefits Coordinator for WHS in Marietta. Then, another email was received from a different person from Workhorse Recruiting for an interview with Kyle Johnson. I received several email reminders with directions to the office and reminders to dress professionally. There were many people coming to sign in for the interview, and the actual one-on-one interview lasted about 5 minutes followed by an invitation to an “exclusive” group interview/presentation. The job was for an insurance sales position based on commission NOT a Benefits Coordinator as advertised. The sales pitch for the job was about an hour long talk from a part owner who boasted about how much money he made, how often he traveled, and how early he retired. If you want to travel to homes and sell insurance, then I guess it might be of interest. However, this is not what I and many others thought the interview was for. This seems like a huge bait and switch to me.

Very easy through zoom. Went smooth had a company webinar went twenty minutes. Met with the people they were nice and very thorough training went well they explain easily and I learned very quick
