2 step process on the same day. First interview is a "personality intro" with a manager of the office. If you seem personal enough they take you into another room when they quickly rifle through all the other candidates. Don't think you're special when you get to go into the room, everyone is lead there. The hour long presentation is less about the company and more about getting to know the operations manager. After leaving the hour long info session you feel as though you could be rich in a matter of weeks! Quick side note, if you want to work for this company you have to spend $608+hst to get a certificate to EVEN do the job. Somewhat backwards and you won't get reimbursed for the course/test fee.
