I was contacted by a recruiter about my resume I posted on a job board. They asked if I could come in for an initial interview so I did. It wasn’t really an interview more of a sales pitch. I was then put in a room with about 20 people for a group presentation and asked to fill out a personality test. They called me that evening to ask me to come in for a final interview and then gave me the job.

During my interview, I was offered the job on the spot. I think I only talked to one person. They had some kind of info session before too but it wasn't an interview
