I found an add on Craigslist for an insurance producer, after I replied to it, moments later I was asked to come in for an interview. It took about an hour and a half to complete because of the lengthy psychological exam. Then during the group interview, the SGA came in and explained everything about the positions. It was basically their resume to us.
