Applied online through indeed and received a call 5 days later. I scheduled an in person meet and greet and was invited for the group overview the next day. After the second interview I wasn’t called back. I contacted the receptionist who forwarded me to the hiring manager. The hiring manager told me that I wasn’t chosen for the position because he didn’t think I would be a good fit. After some talk on the phone he decided to invite me in for a third interview. I came in and made sure to really stand out and explained to him why I knew this was the right career for me.

They will ask you several behavior questions, then they will give you an info session. After this, they will give you a final round interview. After this, they will ask you to accept this position.

Interview process was very smooth and was very informative. Decided not to move forward but seems like a good opportunity. Got another opportunity with base pay so decided on that one.

the process is quite easy and average there are many steps and details provided to get through in the process and you need to go through and clear all the steps they asked multiple questions like the experiences related to the industry etc and one important thing the check your potential and strengths which can help to grow the company
