This is a 100% sales role despite what the ad says. This is definitely an multi level marketing company so be aware. They go by different names ( alpha agency, altig orlovic amongst others) so be careful. The interview was very easy (mainly the manager talking). Selling a life insurance during a pandemic seems out of touch since most of those people won't qualify anyway.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.
