They put an ad out on Craigslist without any details at all about the company, only details about what the position entails. However, once they get you into the office they have a 5 minute “interview” where they ask questions about your personality then the second part of the interview process, they take you to a conference room with about 10/15 other interviewees and the presenter starts with “who is here to make some money”
