Entrevista
i was instructed to dress nicely and bring a resume which i did. the receptionist had me fill out a general information questionnaire upon arrival. I was approached by a man in his late 20's to early thirties and a woman of the same age and brought to a small office. There i was asked some really basic interview questions for about five minutes and then told if i could stick around they would be having another interview session along with an informational group. I was to wait around for an hour. Upon returning i noticed the lobby was full of others who were apparently here for the same reason. The receptionist called a few people at a time to come into a room with tables set up like a classroom, complete with placecards for each of us. we were also given an assessment to fill out. The vice president came in and started his schpiel about how great AIL was, what an opportunity it was, and that if we were lucky, we would pass a second interview after the information session was over to continue on. It was obvious at that point what a scam this was. I knew everyone in that room was getting called back for a second interview, and that they were just trying to make it seem as though they weren't accepting everyone. I was called for my second interview with the same male/female team and again asked some very basic interview questions and told they would have a meeting afterwards to see who would be called for the final interview for, what they made seem coveted sales positions. just then the man told me instead he would make an executive decision and that i was fit to be scheduled for that last interview with the vice president. It really reeked of bs at that point. they then gave me a folder of marketing information on AIL and i was scheduled to have my final interview the next day at noon. I couldn't even bring myself to show up for the entertainment value as I had already wasted a whole morning there.

The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.

The interview questions are the basic questions like past employment, hours willing to work, just stuff like that.

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
