Candidatei-me de outra forma. Fui entrevistado pela American Income Life em dez. de 2015

When I was called I was told that base salary was more competitive than another company offering 50k + commission. When I got there I was told the interview process was 3 stages. I had a feeling this place was a joke so I cut right to the chase. I asked about the compensation package and the guy tried squirreling around the question a few times. Finally I got an answer out of him and they are offering $200 a week plus commission. I said thank you very much and left. It was the quickest interview I've ever had.

The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.

The interview questions are the basic questions like past employment, hours willing to work, just stuff like that.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela American Income Life (San Francisco, CA) em nov. de 2023

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
