Lengthy interview process: phone screen with an external recruiter, call with hiring manager, panel interview with 5 different stakeholders. The panel interview was not a great experience - it felt like I was getting grilled and I did not have a chance to get a sense for any members of the group.

Was contacted by a recruiter and set up a time for a phone call. After speaking for around 20 minutes, she let me know she had an urgent appointment and would continue the interview on another day. Despite this, she then continued to chat with me about her personal life for another ten minutes. We rescheduled for the next week, and she canceled 5 minutes before the call. She said she would follow up to complete the interview and never did. I was left feeling confused and that my time had been wasted.
