The interview process began with a SparkHire video where I was asked 5 questions and given the opportunity to answer them via video. The second interview was conducted over the phone with the organization's HR Manager. Following that interview, I was invited to interview with AMA team for a 2.5 hour interview face to face via the RingCentral app. This interview was thorough and gave me the opportunity to learn more about the team and what they expected in addition to answering questions about my skills and experience.
