Had my first interview and heard nothing for a couple of weeks. They called me and wanted me to come in for a second interview. At the second interview they offered me the job.

I had two interviews. The first was with the CFO and the person whose place I would be taking. We reviewed the tasks I would be performing if I got the job. About two weeks later I was called back for a second interview. The CFO went into more detail about the company. We discussed the benefits package and what I would be paid. He then offered me the job . The process was informal.
