I was first interviewed by a recruiter at a day and time of my choosing. Later that day I was given an assessment test to take online. Within an hour of completing the assessment and seeing my results the recruiter scheduled a meeting with my potential direct supervisor and a department VP for later in the week.

The interview process overall was positive and informative, giving me a good understanding of the role and work environment. The interviewers were professional and polite. One of them even gave me a tour of the office after the interview. They said I would hear from them by the end of the week, but I received a job offer the next day!
