The interview is fairly easy. Go in and describe how good you are at swimming and your availability. I believe I printed a resume but I don't think they looked at it. Be respectful and you should get the job.

Entrevista
Easy interview process. All over the phone, never met anyone in the office. Got an offer on the spot and began certifications shortly after. They needed lifeguards in chairs, so they'll hire at any level of competence provided you're willing to do the training.
