First interview with recruiter, 2nd interview with VP & had to submit work samples, 3rd interview with department manager. They still couldn't make a decisions, so they required a work project submission due in 5 days, and I didn't get the job. Lesson learned. NOTE: Not one of my 3 interviews were scheduled for my preferred date or my preferred time. Another lesson learned.
