Lengthy time between initial phone screen and interview process. I had an in person interview with the regional manager who was condescending and outdated in his interview style and questions. The hiring manager/senior leadership was also present during the interview. I was ghosted for weeks and never received any type of follow up from the interview. I followed up with the recruiter and still had no response as to next steps.
