Representative called very late but interview was great and straight to the point. Went over what training would look like as well as the position itself. Spoke about benefits and hiring process.

It was more about how you handle difficult situations/people. Different scenarios on how you respond and what steps you take to handle it and what was the outcome. Not really general interview questions.

Explain a time you solved a problem while everyone could not. How did you handle it?
easy and short, seemed like they were in a rush and wanted the process to end. They were friendly but there was alot going on. Gave me a tour and asked general questions.

Entrevista
The interview was smooth, it was about a 15 minute interview. Correspondence on their side can be wobbly; they go through a recruiter before meeting with the center manager. I didn’t accept my offer and told the hiring recruiter, but no one else, so they kept trying to reach out to me to establish a start day.
