Very Easy, just be yourself. They accept everyone for them & need the help. The attendance is very strict but once you join the union. Don’t think too hard because it’s really easy.

They contacted me and asked to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen was quick and asked very basic questions pertaining to your interest in the position. After, the phone screen you will be asked to interview. The interviewer asked questions that were behavior based. They let you know that you will be expected to come in during bad weather and there will be certain times when you are expected to be "on call". They do not care about you indivdually but your ability to follow their directions. They ask if you have experience doing the same task over and over again.
