Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela American Republic Insurance (Springfield, IL) em out. de 2014
Entrevista
I expected more of a one on one interview. Instead, what I had was a group interview that mostly was a presentation about the company. Mostly, all of what was told us was positive. It was then impressed upon us to call back and schedule a 1:1 with him, the Sales manager. During the second interview it was impressed that the work was hard. But, when it came down to it, I was asked to pay $1,000 for a license and training. I didn't have the money on me to pay for that license, so the manager brought the price down a few hundred but not less than $700. In the end, I had my substitute teaching license so I did not need to take this job. I couldn't take it at that price anyways.
This threw up a red flag with me so, I did not accept the interview. After looking at the reviews of the company on glassdoor, I was less inclined to work for this company.
