I enrolled in the company's 6 month training program. Had to go through very difficult course work and practical. The company requires a minimum of 80% to qualify for the internship, which I did. The course included several presentations and extempore. After the qualifying exams and practical, was the interview. It lasted around 45mins- 1 hr. 3 people in the panel. I was asked about monitoring qestions, Serious adverse events, picking the site for study, budget and many more.
