The interview process was about 35 minutes. I had to fill out a paper application, they showed me around the facility, and then asked me a less than 5 questions. They asked if I had any questions as well. Overall the interview was not very personal. I dont know if they already had picked someone or if they were just super busy but I just got the feeling they didn't have time for me.

Was contacted via phone and told more about the company and job. Interview was set up at facility. Met with the director who reviewed the job and descriptions, asked questions, allowed for asking questions, and then gave a tour of facility.
