I applied online, and a recruiter contacted me. She was positive, asked all the right questions, was very honest and direct, and answered all of my questions. Those she could not answer, she got the information and emailed it to me later. After my interview with the hiring manager, the recruiter called me back to explain further details of the situation with the government client, and the status of the contract and task order. She also was generous with her time in explaining the overall process, and why it was so drawn out. It was overall a very positive experience.
