Beware, Bait and Switch! After interviewing via Skype with a recruiter and having her mention that I was a great candidate and that she was going to schedule me for an in-person interview with the team, a few days later the communication went dead. I come to find out that the recruiter I was working with was no longer with the company. Then a few weeks goes by and a new recruiter reaches out to me, to reschedule another phone interview. After discussing my qualifications, salary requirements and overall expectations of the position, I was then scheduled for an in-person interview. I was skeptical about the company to begin with after seeing previous reviews, but the recruiter had mentioned a decent six figure income, so I was open to hearing more about the company and position. The headquarters, which is 1.5 hours away from my house, had 0 parking and seemed like it was a tire shop that had been converted into offices. I go to the interview to meet with the Director who had just joined the company 2 weeks ago. He didn't seem to have much of a plan in place besides cold calling, auto-dialers, and door knocking in t-shirts and jeans. So, after spending my entire weekend putting together a well thought out and detailed action plan on PowerPoint for the “Senior Business Manager” position. He basically chuckled and mentioned that there is no such position and that I was interviewing the sales position. We didn't even review my presentation that I had put together and we mainly discussed his background, friendship with the CEO and his qualifications as a Director. The interview was specifically geared towards an entry level - door to door sales position. The company basically has recruiters and applications out to attract well qualified candidates for positions that do not exist. What a waste of time!

Entrevista
The only reason that I rate the overall experience as negative is because I went through 3 interviews and there has been absolutely no follow up after almost 3 months.
However, all of my interactions at each level were positive and the interviews were very relaxed. The interview process consisted of 3 Skype interviews (recruiter, hiring manager, hr team).

Standard process 3 interview process. 1 phone,1 Skype and 1 in person. Also had to perform store evaluations to show competence.
The interviews as I stated are pretty standard but very thorough.
