At first it was very clear communication, all the feedback I got was incredibly positive, and after the 3rd interview (in person) they ghosted me. I reached out to thank them for the interview and assumed that had found someone else when they had exceeded their estimated two week wait (I waited 4 weeks). I had been told I'd hear back by Friday and simply never heard anything. Incredibly disrespectful to applicants especially that far in the process.

The interview process was great. The initial screening with the HR representative was very productive, informative and provided me with great information about the position and the company vision. The subsequent interviews with Directors and VPs were engaging, contextually intriguing and allowed me to demonstrate my knowledge. I was given the opportunity to ask questions about the business, and utilize my knowledge to propose strategic initiatives based on the factors I was given.
