It was rather short and extremely realistic. I cant say it was a hard interview. They were extremely respectful. They didn't have unrealistic expectation. Thankfully there was no need for an in person interview. The did highlight some shortcoming with the company due to issues with covid and did mention that there is potential for growth

Very unorganized. They didn't know what I was interviewing for. I had another friend interview for my role and they gave my friend an offer for the legal dept with a higher pay. Mind you, my friend had no experience or interest there.
