Entrevista
First met with HR specialist for screening interview. Then met with hiring manager for a virtual interview. Hiring manager would not turn on camera for interview so I was on camera talking to a blank screen. The interview only got stranger as he told me that the workforce had high turn over, most employees don't speak English, and facility is loud with no air conditioning or heating. Red flags everywhere with this place.

Entrevista
Met with recruiter who then scheduled a virtual interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager showed up to interview but did not turn on camera. Interviewer was very formal and impersonal.

Four interviews. Really simple process but you must not include any form of fluff in resume. First two interviews were mostly conversational. Second two were more technical based surrounding capabilities and management experience
