Applied on a Wednesday, next day I was called about setting up a phone interview for that Friday. For the phone interview, there were two people on the phone, but only one of them asked questions. The whole conversation was over in 10 minutes. I was told I'd be contacted, "if not late next week, early the following week". 2 1/2 weeks later I was e-mailed a rejection.

not bad and fair enough. It's great experience but i wish the interview could be smoother. The questions were effortless to answer, especially if you've already prepare enough. it's just common interview questions
