It was a phone interview, directly talked with hiring manager. She talked about the responsibility of this position first. Then I was asked to explain my research projects, then asked some statistical questions about Bayesian analysis and meta analysis. At the end of interview, hiring manager talked about the benefit and activities of previous intern. The process was very friendly.
