A call screen, 2 panel interviews. The interviews themselves weren't that hard but it ended up being a terrible experience b/c they asked for my salary requirements at the beginning but offered me far less than my base minimum that they were aware of b/c they asked for it in the call screen; it felt like a slap in the face honestly.
Phone call, interview with the manager and then two panel interviews. I feel like this is extremely unnecessary but they do want to find the right person for the job

it is a pannel interview with upper management and current sr process engineers, they ask question one at a time and each make follow up questions. questions are difficult and require experience and knowledge.
