The interview process was clear and simple, only 3 interviews - HR, Hiring Manager then 1 more interview with 2 people that would work with the hired person. No out of the ordinary question, professional based ones. As i believed the compensation did not match a Senior position and expectations/job responsibilities, I tried to negotiate the offer and they were not open to this at all.
