It is very straight forward. You must complete a typical online assessment then they ask you to complete a digital interview via Hirevue where you record yourself answering some common questions.

The interview process was really comfortable. I believe having a well prepared resume helped with this process. The ladies that interviewed me asked additional questions about my qualifications and were very supportive in feedback allowing me to answer their follow up questions with ease. Normally interviews feel more like an interrogation and it makes you feel rushed and nervous to have the right answers, but I felt comfortable right my interaction. Build your resume don’t leave room for questions about your experience and don’t leave out accomplishments and you’ll be fine.
