Phone screen with HR first, who was very nice and enthusiastic about the company. Next steps involved a video meeting with the head of product development. Great vibes, just felt like it was more of a personality fit instead of actually analyzing skills and professional experience. They mentioned that their upper management was "picky", and that it can take months to find the right person for the role. Be prepared to get strung along without no sense of closure. Well there's probably a reason why this role keeps getting reposted after a few months at a time. Very disappointing.
