Remarkable recruiting process!
At the beginning, you get a comprehensive document containing details of the Amobee platform, its place in the ad-tech ecosystem, the different teams and the problems they are trying to solve and qualities they’re looking for in potential candidates. Farri was my recruiter and she personifies what human relations should actually be like. You feel like you have a partner who has your best interests through every step of the process - which is very comforting.
The screening process is quite streamlined. Two technical phone interviews discussing previous experience, projects and algos+DS. This was followed by a visit onsite with 3 technical interviews + meeting with the hiring manager + lunch with a member of the engineering leadership + a presentation you can give on a topic of your choice. The interviewers were smart and experienced as you'd expect them to be. They were also very friendly and work with you when you’re stuck to help you to succeed rather than just tipping you off to your breaking point. The incredible part however is that they arrive at a decision superfast - in less than an hour!
