I got a call from amoga and gave 1st round aptitude I clear that one and 2nd round technical that is also cleared and 3rd round is 3 assignment I completed that assignment and submitted late they scheduled VP round there he explained their product and work culture and I breifed my work experience and technical skills after this interview HR is not Receive the call I asked Feedback through mail he dint respond only after one day again I called him he was telling in VP round you are rejected and not giving proper feedback through mail then again I wrote requesting feedback mail to HR and VP bother then VP responded to that mail and telling we are looking for a different candidate.
My question is if you are looking different candidate u can see my resume and then you should schedule an interview?
HR is not asking for proper Employee details before scheduling the interview.
Finally, this company gave silly feedback and rejected it.
