Recruiter screen, then met one of my would-be direct reports, then interview loop, and finally CPO (would would have been my manager). I thought it was constructed backwards. Should have started with my manager, and only then progressed to the others.

Entrevista
I was referred by an employee, and the whole process was very smooth and quick. The recruiter was highly engaged, transparent, and responsive throughout the process. The interviews with 4 fairly senior folks on the team were focused on specific areas of expertise and company values. All the interviews felt very natural and conversational, which was a great sign in terms of getting to know and liking the people I would be working with.
