I was interviewed by a principal consultant. I'm not even sure what I got out of that interview as she just spoke about herself and her background the entire time. Even though she was supposed to be helping me match up with a role. I think I know more about her background than any of the companies she told me about. It turned into a brag fest where she explained how she was hired by Ampersand right away because they loved her, yada yada yada. She worked all over the world and this and that. It was VERY uncomfortable. And then when I tried following up, she took forever to get back to me. I sent her the information she requested and then weeks went by- nothing.
