Long but definitely rewarding. The HR team did a great job at making me feel welcomed and supported throughout the entire seven round process. The founders were incredibly kind, curious, and genuine - which exemplified the company's culture from the very beginning.

Entrevista
I applied to Amplemarket and about three days later I received a request for a 15-minute interview with a recruiter. The recruiter I spoke with was absolutely wonderful. I really enjoyed our conversation and she was very communicative and on top of next steps throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The following day I received an email with the next steps.
After that, I spoke with the team lead, who was also great to talk to. He was very personable and asked thoughtful questions about my background in product support, the platforms I’ve worked with, and the types of products I’ve supported. It felt like a genuine conversation and a chance to discuss how my experience could translate to the role. Overall, the conversation was engaging and he moved me forward to the next stage.
The next step was a written assessment, which included scenario-based questions around handling urgent tickets and how you would approach situations where multiple customers report similar issues at the same time. It was very relevant to the role and reflective of real support scenarios.
Following the assessment, I was scheduled for a 15-minute interview with one of the cofounders. Unfortunately, the interviewer started about 10 minutes late. Given the short time slot, it felt a bit rushed and mostly consisted of a few quick questions, including asking to look at my LinkedIn. Because of the timing and structure of that conversation, it gave me the impression that the decision may have already been leaning in another direction.
Overall, the team seemed like an enjoyable group to work with, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the company through my conversations with the recruiter and team lead. The earlier stages of the process were especially positive and well-organized.

Entrevista
The interview process is extremely long and has an incredible amount of unnecessary interviews. There are more than 7 interviews with everybody. Recruiters, team managers, the CEO, and the mother of the CEO. They will tell you that this is because they want only the best people to fit the team so that everybody gets perfectly together, but it's a lie. It's just another company with the same toxic environment, where they are going to work you to exhaustion and fire you when they can.
During the whole process, there is someone else taking notes during the meetings, I don't even know why, because they will ask you the same repetitive questions in every single interview.
The interview with the CEO doesn't even make sense. He doesn't really know what he is interviewing you for, so at least 15 minutes of the interview will be about why you left your previous job and why you are not employed, because god forbid a person without a job is looking for a job. The guy has a clear obsession with people not being employed, looking for jobs.
You will need to repeat yourself in every interview, because they will ask you the same questions in every interview.
At the end, they will tell you that $15 an hour is out of their budget. Sooo.. That's it for the "Competitive Salary" they mention on the job posts.
Don't waste your time here, it's just another Startup going for another round of funding to do something that already exist but with AI now.
