Candidatei-me online. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela AmpliFi Loyalty Solutions em ago. de 2023
Entrevista
There was an email sent asking a few questions regarding salary range, if I was okay with a hybrid schedule and if I was seeking full time employment. The interview process was very quick as I got a phone interview with HR two days after receiving the initial email. The next day I got an email stating I had an interview with some of my potential team members. I interviewed with the team members and within the very same day, I got another email stating I have moved on to the marketing manager interviews. I then moved on to an extensive coding project but got it done. After the coding project, I had an interview with the VP of marketing. Hoping that after 4 interviews and a coding project, I would have a good chance at landing the job or at least be a top candidate. The problem here lies with the fact that Amplifi reposted the same job with a different title: Associate Email Developer (HTML) as opposed to the "Email Marketing Specialist" title that I originally applied to. The job description was nearly identical. I think what happened is they tried to see if they can find a candidate and pay them at a lower salary, as the way I think about it is "Associate" is more junior level compared to Specialist. After a few days of waiting I got a generic email stating they have moved on, which I figured since I saw the job posting. Obviously, the company is entitled to do as they please, but I did get the feeling of providing free labor and time wasted with 4 interviews. It can come of as the company not knowing what they truly want in a candidate and possibly having budgeting issues. I appreciated the timeliness, but it comes of as a company that doesn't know what they or doing or trustworthy.
