I was regrettably rejected after the second round of interviews, which I found to be an exceptionally disheartening experience. The interviewer exhibited a glaring lack of expertise in writing, yet they had the audacity to expect me to shoulder the comprehensive responsibilities of a technical writer, content writer, and instructional designer—all as the sole writing resource within the organization. This situation reflects a profound misalignment of expectations and a lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise others to reconsider investing their time in this company.

It was a very good experience. In my first round, the interviewer's emphasis was highly on my knowledge of e-commerce as a domain. Also, towards my understanding of marketplace, social media and D2C. The next round was to examine the cultural fit to the organisation. It includes questions related to family background, cultural activities and hobbies. Moreover, it included questions related to personality, such as challenges faced in my previous jobs, leadership role played at last organisation etc.
