Entrevista
Initially contacted via phone call by a recruiter, which resulted in a 10-15 minute casual conversation (how they found me, why I might be a fit, and so on). My information was then forwarded to to the hiring managers, who conducted a more official phone interview, lasting about 30 minutes or so. Finally come in for an in-person interview, which lasted about 2-3 hours, meeting with 4 people in total (2 and 2). Overall about 3-4 weeks from initial contact to final notice

I was asked why I thought manholes were round rather than any other shape. Also the 2 groups of interviewers did a "good cop, bad cop" thing. First group of interviewers were very friendly and relaxed, while the next 2 were extremely stern, almost to an exaggerated level. They attempted to dissect and undermine my work experience and academic success.
Recruiter screen, performance task, two rounds of interviews. The process is frustrating at best. Communication is lackluster. They signal messages of hope and that you'd hear back soon and then they never respond. If you directly signal that an interviewee will hear back soon you should follow through regardless of if the result is positive or negative.

Starts with 30 minute screening interview, then an hour-long hiring manager interview, then an hour-long panel interview, performance task estimated to take 3 hours (presentation and rubric creation), and then a final interview where they will discuss the performance task.
